16 hours of in-person contact to be used for birth education, birth planning, or postpartum care. You must use at least 1.5-2 hours prenatally for birth planning. Attendance during Labor for as long as needed. Package is eligible for up- front payment or a payment plan option

Postpartum doula services include help with the baby, household chores, support, and education. Shifts can be daytime or nighttime. Minimum of 3-hour shifts, 2 days a week

$60/Hr for daytime support (7 am-7 pm) 

$70/hour for overnight support (7 pm-7 am)

$10 additional per hour for multiples. 

This service includes two 90-minute prenatal sessions—unlimited text support during pregnancy, labor, and postpartum, and o 90-min postpartum follow-up. I can help provide prenatal education, emotional support, and birth-planning sessions. I provide video and phone support during active labor as needed, as well as postpartum follow-up.

This service offers a 2-3 hour solo session with you to create a comprehensive birth plan that includes education on the available options. We will go over the plan, and I will take your choices and type them up in a hospital-friendly format for your labor and delivery.

This service provides 24/7 text support throughout your pregnancy. I will be your trusted guide to answer any questions or concerns or to provide emotional support during the pregnancy and/or postpartum period. Service is on a month-to-month basis for your ease. 

Kaiser and Medi-Cal managed care plans cover doula services at no cost to the pregnant person. 

Please note that this service has limited hours. Any hours past the 15.5 you are allotted will be the client's responsibility to cover at the hourly rate. 

Benefits: 15.5 total hours. 

1: 90-min prenatal hour 

8: 60-min pre/post natal hours

2: 3-hour postnatal hours

All 15.5 hours must be used with me and completed by 6 weeks postpartum

Coming 2027

Anthem provides 5 hours of in-person contact support in addition to labor and birth support. As your doula, I would require 2 of those hours to be used prenatally as a birth planning session. The additional 3 can be used pre- or post-delivery as you see fit. All 5 hours must be exhausted with me. Any additional hours you would like would be at my hourly rate. 

If you are going through a miscarriage or  plan to terminate your pregnancy for any reason and would like additional support through the process or after, I can help you through that process.
