2-3 in-person prenatal visits, attendance during Labor for as long as needed, two extended (3-Hour) postpartum visits for check-in, feedback, and care of the new parent and baby. This package comes with a payment plan option

2-hour Private prenatal Childbirth education session.

These classes focus on pregnancy, labor, and the days postpartum. Or any specific questions you have. Including  making a birthplan, questions about induction, or postpartum questions. 

Postpartum doula services include help with the baby, household chores, support, and education. Shifts can be daytime or nighttime. Minimum of 3-hour shifts, 2 days a week

If you are going through a miscarriage or  plan to terminate your pregnancy for any reason and would like additional support through the process or after, I can help you through that process. 

This service provides 24/7 text support throughout your pregnancy. I will be your trusted guide to answer any questions, or concerns, or to just be emotional support during the pregnancy and/or postpartum period. service is on a month to month basis for your ease. 

This service offers a 2-3 hour solo session with you to create a comprehensive birth plan that includes education on the available options. We will go over the plan, and I will take your choices and type them up in a hospital-friendly format for your labor and delivery.

Provides remote non-medical support to clients who live in more rural areas without access to in-person doula care. Through video calls, text, and email, I can help provide prenatal education, emotional support, and birth-planning sessions. I provide video and phone support during active labor as needed, as well as post-partum follow-up. 

This service includes two 90-minute prenatal sessions. Unlimited text support during pregnancy, labor, and postpartum, and 1 90-min post-partum follow-up.
